Vaccination against Covid-19 has begun.
Vaccination voucher will be sent to your house from the Kobe city government.
Reservation will be available starting from elderly people.
Please contact us for helping make a reservation and prepare for the vaccination including how to fill out the pre-vaccination questionnaire.
Application can be made by phone call, e-mail or google form.

Guidance is available on the following days during July.

Korean→Wed・Sat(Saturday is available during16:00～20:00)
Please bring the blue envelope(the documents regarding vaccination against Covid-19 that is sent from Kobe city government to your house.)
