Everyone who lives in Japan have to submit the survey.
We will help you to submit the survey by explaining how to do it.

Oct. 2nd (Fri) 12:00-17:00*Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, English supports are available
※Please bring your survey documents which are distributed your home.

Fee : Free Capacity : Limited to 10 people per each day
