Departments in a hospital

  1. 眼科(がんか)：Ophthalmology→Eyes and around the eyes
    ＜Examples of symptoms＞
    Itchiness, pain, dryness (dry eye syndrome), deterioration of eyesight, or when you want to have a prescription of your vision to make glasses or contact lenses

2. 産婦人科(さんふじんか)：Obstetrics and gynecology→Pregnancy, childbirth, gynopathy
＜Examples of symptoms＞
Something related to pregnancy such as pregnancy checkups or gynopathy

3. 歯科(しか)：Dentistry→Teeth and around teeth
＜Examples of symptoms＞
Pain or decay of teeth

4. 小児科(しょうにか)：Pediatrics→General matters for children roughly under 15 years old

Sickness of children, vaccinations or allergies

5. 耳鼻咽喉科(じびいんこうか)：Otorhinolaryngology→Ears, nose and throat
